About the Salvages
In a sea of changing places, people, scenery and seasons, the bride eternal and her flowing gown have spanned the globe, bringing out the adventurer, the romantic, the model, the artist, and the dreamer in all of us. Within these pages, you have seen one dress, one woman, one world, and a lifetime of endless possibilities and adventures still to be had. An avid hiker and outdoor enthusiast, Jennifer has thru hiked the Appalachian Trail and was the first woman to thru hike the International Appalachian Trail alone. Since meeting her husband Jeff, her travels have transformed. Now, in addition to the thrill of visiting exotic destinations on foot, Jennifer is learning the joys and challenges of modeling her wedding dress in many different situations. When not on adventure, she's a high school guidance counselor who wears whatever hat the day demands! Jeff enjoys reliving his wedding day capturing images of his wife. A self-trained photographer, he primarily focuses his professional photography, writing, and promoting on the relatively unknown Olympic sport of race walking as well as the world's greatest treks. However, his "regular" job is as a Senior Lecturer at Drexel University where he teaches Computer Science.

Jeff and Jennifer Salvage were married two years ago. Their union began with two words, in one place, on one day, and in one dress. As months turned to years, and anniversaries came and went, the two of them embarked on new adventures, new destinations, and new experiences, bringing with them two common elements: their enduring love for one another, and the wedding dress that started them on this grand adventure.
